  2. Providing refunds or replacements within the stated timeframe.
  3. Communicating respectfully and quickly with buyers to resolve disputes.

Failure to comply may result in penalties or account restrictions.

7. Seller Conduct & Communication

Sibro sellers are expected to:

  1. Communicate professionally with customers.
  2. Respond to inquiries within 48 hours.
  3. Avoid abusive, discriminatory, or spam behavior.
  4. Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude toward Sibro staff and buyers.

Respect and professionalism are key to building long-term success on Sibro.

8. Policy Violations

If a seller violates any Sibro policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  1. Issue a warning or temporary suspension.
  2. Remove specific listings or content.
  3. Hold or forfeit payments.
  4. Permanently close the seller’s account.

Sibro reserves the right to review, update, or modify these policies at any time.
